Mambo Sauce is a famous fried chicken wing sauce originating from the Washington D.C. area. The base ingredients are tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and various spices.

In early 2002, Joy put his own twist on the original Mambo Sauce, adding some extra ingredients, enhancing the flavor and creating “Joy’s Mambo Sauce”.

Joy’s Mambo Sauce goes great on anything, especially: chicken, fries, bbq, burgers, pork, seafood, and more….
